Refund Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing or starting a paid HedgeByte access period.
No voluntary refunds
HedgeByte provides immediate access to digital desktop software. Once access has been delivered, a licence has been activated, or a paid access period has started, purchases are final and we do not voluntarily provide refunds.
Trials and non-renewing access
The free trial requires no payment method and does not convert into a charge. Paid access is purchased once for a fixed period and does not renew automatically.
Mandatory exceptions
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The payment provider used for the purchase may also issue or require a refund where required by law, its policies, payment-network rules, fraud prevention, or chargeback management.
